Our services are intended for professional business use. By using our services or opting into our communications, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Mobile Messaging Program (A2P SMS)

Optima Group AI LLC utilizes mobile messaging to facilitate our AI audit and consultation services.

• Description of Use Cases: By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive SMS/MMS messages from us. This includes, but is not limited to: AI audit status updates, consultation scheduling/reminders, and occasional updates regarding our AI solutions.
• Consent: Providing your consent to receive automated marketing text messages is not a condition of any purchase or service agreement.
• Message & Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies based on your specific interaction with our AI platform and services.
• Opt-Out Instructions: You may withdraw your consent and cancel the SMS service at any time. To stop receiving messages, reply "STOP" to any mobile message sent from us. After you send the "STOP" command, we will send one final SMS message to confirm your unsubscribed status.
• Customer Support: If you are experiencing issues with our messaging program or have questions, you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or contact our support team directly at jeff@optimagroup.ai.
• Carrier Liability: Carriers (including, but not limited to, T-Mobile, AT&T, and Verizon) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

4. Privacy Policy

Your data privacy is important to us. Your use of our services and your participation in our mobile messaging program are strictly governed by our Privacy Policy.

5. Services and Limitation of Liability

Optima Group AI LLC provides AI-driven audits and consultations. While we strive for the highest accuracy in our AI agents and reporting, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our platform or communication services.
